Duties: | Special Assets Staff will assist the Special Assets Manager in the disposition of non-earning assets, and the collection of the delinquent loan portfolio. Other responsibilities include foreclosures, repossessions, bankruptcies, and collecting charged off accounts within the guidelines set forth in the Special Assets Policy.
| Qualifications: | 1. Lending and/or Collection Experience
2. Experience with repossessions, foreclosures, and disposition of assets
3. Degree in Business, Business Management, Finance, or Accounting preferred but not required
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
6. Well organized and attentive to detail
7. Ability to assume responsibility for multiple projects
8. General knowledge of AS400 applications and Microsoft Office Software, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
