Duties:

Review and manage all IRA accounts for the company

Support Legal Processing

Reporting of IOLTA accounts

Escheatment of accounts

Monthly Posting for Account Analysis and ACH charges

Lockbox fee posting

Posting of fees for foreign/Canadian items

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Computer skills in word processing and electronic spreadsheets

Good oral and written communication skills

Some degree of banking experience

In-depth knowledge of IRA accounts

Detail-oriented, able to meet established time-frames and deadlines
